My life has been taken from me - I can't do anything that I once enjoyed. Have had to drop out of college since I can't see to read, or think (brain fog), I can't get around without crutches or a wheelchair, can't drive a car anymore, am bedridden with fatigue/pain/migraines/muscle weakness/tremors/fainting spells, and have had very severe seizures. Hospitalized three times.

I agree with Eammon that when I first started Amisulpride it was like a dream, but as I continued to take it my side effects have increased at an alarming rate. I sleep less than 7 hours each night, I am restless, agitated, have high blood pressure, frequently urinate during the night, unable to concentrate, poor memory, more manic, etc. I was on olanzapine , which was making me too drowsy and the weight gain was worse. Not the best, but it's good if you don't want to gain weight. The best way I can explain this drug is that it will do nothing to improve your mood, but you'll have tons of motivation and energy to do the things you don't want to do.

I was prescribed amitryptiline after a servere breakdown and agitated depression. It was due to stress at work, and my Doctor told me the drug would bring my neurotransmitters together, that the stress had knocked apart. It saved my life, as I was suicidal. I've only taken Ibuprofen a few times but it has been very effective at relieving my headaches and inflammation. It has really helped with toothaches as well.
