Zoloft has completely changed my life. For the first time I am actually happy and my severe OCD is finally under control! I would recommend it to anyone esp those with OCD. I have been taking this medication for about 10 years and I like the results. I had kidney stones for about 4 to 5 episodes in the last 30 years and ever since i was on the Allopurinol I haven't had any kidney stones and I have really enjoyed that !!!

AcipHex does not work at all. My acid reflux is not better when I take it. I had to switch to a different medication because it did not help my acid reflux.

Although it has helped my allergies a lot the only problem I have is that it doesn't last for 24 hours like it says it will. 12 hours is the max sometimes even sooner. It is gradually getting better though.

My doctor is switching me to Luvox CR to see if it improves my difficulty with short term memory loss. I have also begun to have a terrible time waking up in the morning. In reading about Luvox it seems that it is effective without the memory loss associated with Cymbalta on occasion. As we lowered the dose from 90mg to 60mg there was not a really signifigant increase in short term memory so switching to Luvox CR is our next option. I've been taking Agomelatine for around 4 months now (50mg per day) in a UK based clinical trial. I had taken paroxetine for 12 months immediately prior to this so feel I can make a good comparison between the two. Firstly with Agomelatine i've not noticed any side effects whatsoever, its almost as if you arent taking medication at all, although in saying that it's not been very effective in reducing my depression and anxiety either, although it does help me sleep easier.
