I got Diabetes when I was 7 years old. I used to inject Insulin until I was 13, then I started using a pump to inject my Insulin when I needed it. It isn't something I recommend because it is how I live.

After being diagnosed with epilepsy in March 2011 and having extemely painful terrifying focal and generalised grand mal seizures, I didn't want to take potent antiepileptic meds with very serious side effects. I've been using motrin for a wide variety of things (from headaches, to muscle pain, to menstrual cramps). In my case, motrin is extremely effective and works quickly. My pain is gone instantly.

Allegra made my heart race, so I asked my doctor to be switched to something with fewer side effects. I then I took Xyzal for about 7 months, while it did reduce my allergies the side effects were devastating. I gained weight. I was tired all the time. My heart rate went up. My joint's ached. My doctor started checking me for thyroid conditions, I had an EKG that showed nothing. I now suspect it was the Xyzal. I love the pill, but it does make me feel a little crazy. It has a weird effect on my emotional stability and it sometimes causes me to get angry or upset for no reason.
