I have been on several antidepressants over the years. My problems started with very severe panic attacks. For this condition, Paxil was amazing. Sometimes when your symptoms are severe, it will take at least 1 month before the medicine will really start working its purpose. Paxil did make me gain weight, but I still feel this is the best drug for me for those symptoms. i tried it with lexapro,and didn,t notice anything.I don,t think i gave it enough time though.so i8 would like to try it again when i get a regular doctor.

I have been taking Simcor for over a year. THe doctor has prescriber me 750/20mg once per day. I just recently got blood work done and my LDL has gone up, my HDL has went down and my Triglycerides have gone down. I am only 32 so I have to go back to the DR to see if this is the drug for me. I workout and try to eat healthy,I am 6'3 225. I know High Cholesterol runs in my family.

I have awful menstrual cramps, and so, generally, when I can relieve that, I can think clearer and my emotions are more intact (hence my answer for the emotional side-effects above).
