It was very helpful in stopping the inflammation of my hives. I had to take it for almost a week but it was effective as soon as I was finished with the prescription. My hives were completely gone by the end of the week. The only problem I had with Prednisone was the after taste. It made me dread taking the medicine.

There is nothing wrong with buying the over the counter generic asprin. It has the same ingredients as the brand name asprin. All your paying for is the name.

I dont even want to be on BC as ive been trying get pregnant for over two years now. I miscarried twins and had constant pain for over a year after so had a laperoscopy. I have been taking this drug for about 3 years and I have had not many severe symptoms or adverse reactions. It has fufilled the prescribed purpose- preventing pregnancy. My only complaint is more bloating than I had prior to birth control and a decreased sex drive (but maybe that's a good feature- as it would help prevent getting pregnant).

I am no longer taking this drop I used it to treat my scratched cornea, and it worked wonders in speeding up the process after I was showing a very dangerous turn of events after I went from almost healed to almost blind.

Stop taking it- I had severe depression for a year and I'm on Necon now and I've done a complete turnaround in feeling better and have lost weight even. I have PCOS. I should have gotten off a lot sooner but with two kids I was too busy to call dr. and take care of me. I do regret being on it for so long but two dr. told me pills don't cause depression. They are wrong.
