I have been on 150mg's for around 8weeks.My sleep did improve greatly,so I felt much better due to this. My depression did improve alot,and I felt able to cope.The side effects that were trouble -some were severe constipation,and very dry,sore throat & mouth mostly during the night/day. I have come off them now because my sleep /depression are starting to get sadly worse.

I do seem to have suffered from more side effects this episode but I was having to take the drops half hourly for a week and then hourly each day and night for 2 weeks before weaning down to 3 times a day now.

Where do I begin. My daughter Danielle is 23 years old. October of 2007 she received the 2nd Gardasil vaccine and shortly after became very ill. She experiences migraines, saying her brain hurts, passing out (syncope), numbness in hands and feet, tingling, limbs contracting, hands like claws, seizures, rolling eyes, foaming from mouth, confusion, heart palations. Asthma after many years has become manageable and barely even there, but with the occasional upper respiratory infection, it takes something extra to knock it out. Advair does that, but I wish it came in some other form.
