I was on TriNessa since I needed a generic for my insurance. I had no major emotional issues or weight gain. I think it did clear up my face--although I have never had a huge acne problem--only occasional breakout--which I had zero on this med. The problem for me was the breakthrough bleeding. First few months just some occasional spotting--I thought I was just getting used to it--but by month 5--I was bleeding for over 2 weeks straight--not really heavy--but enough to have to wear a pantylin... Terrible drug------------ I felt sick like the drug was eating my liver---- I kept sleeping and functioned less. I was "zoned" out most of the time... The loss of appetite was terrible too.... And the worst thing is trying to get off it---make sure you have a loved one around when you get off it--- the depression is ten times worse than what you started with....I am goin g back to lexapro-- mild and gentle and still be functional

I had a section of my arm with 2nd and 3rd degree burns and got blood poisoning from it. The burn healed quickly and is almost unnoticeable, considering how bad it could have been! I was very pleased with this product.
