This was a life saver. After suffering close to 15 years of serious insomnia, I found GABA. It enables me to get 5-6 quality hours of sleep whereas I could not sleep for more than 1 hour at a time previously. Cymbalta certainly does the job. Have had very little side effects from it at all. I am taking it to control my panic attacks. I did go through a period where my doctors office switched doctors and I couldn't get my perscription refilled for almost 5 days until they got it together. I was fine the first two days but the third through fifth day I was having dizzy spells and anxiety attacks from not taking it. I loved the fact that Suboxone has eliminated my opiate addiction, for now...I have been experiencing severe loss of mental focus. The only reason I can come up with is I am taking Effexor-for manic depression. At the present time, I am manic-I am thinking that perhaps-suboxone is contributing to this factor.
