I was hospitalized after my pulse went through the roof when I took Zomig. It was attributed to an allergic reaction, so unfortunately this triptan is no long available to me (I still take Maxalt and Imitrex). However, my dad takes Zomig regularly and does quite well with it when he combines it with a painkiller.

I only used it once and I had a terrible experience with it, even though for all intent and purposes it did work. The night I took it, I woke up in sweats and I starting vomiting pretty badly. I was also dizzy and I could barely stand. I was up all night, but the next day I was fine.

My nutritionist recommended Zyflamend to me for my fibromyalgia and ankylosing spondilitis as well as osteoarthritis which I have had for thirty years. It was amazing: within two weeks the burning skin pain associated with fibro was gone, the chronic back pain was gone, and my hands (I teach piano) were more flexible. Considering its function, I think creatine is great. I do, however, feel that the lack of supporting research concerning its long term effects may pose an issue. I'd strongly suggest consulting a physician prior to intense use.

Years ago tried Alphagan, but had to stop because of the BAD eye pain it caused. More recently tried it again, to lower eye pressure, but instead it ELEVATED eye pressures by 5 and 7 points!, and it caused a raft of side-effects, including extreme fatigue, irregular heartbeat, hair loss, agitation, redness around eyes, itchiness. Discontinued use after two months.
