I am taking Moringa to help with calcium uptake as I cannot take dairy products (lactose intolerance) or elemental calcium due to family history of cardiac disease and arterial sclerosis. I have suffered from migraine's and daily headaches for the last 30 years and am currently seeing a specialist who has come to the end of their recommendations. Last year I visited the US and whilst out witout my usual headache medication bought the Excedrin Extra Strength Express Gels. I have been taking lortab for 5 years now due to an auto accident that caused me to have a fusion done in my back. It is great at relieving pain but only very temporary maybe 2-3 hours at the most if I'm lucky. I usually have to take 2 a day and on a bad day I take 3. The only downfall I see to it is that it is habit forming and the longer you take it the more your body builds a tolerance for it and the less effective it is in helping relieve pain
