I've been on sandomigran for at least 3 years now. I recently went up to 3 per day but it's not working. It worked really well for ages but no longer and the side effects are getting harder to tolerate. I find they have incresased on the higher dose so I am going back to the neurologist to see if there is an alternative. I've tried lots of other meds though. Hopefully there is something out there that can help.

I am currently on day 14 of Wellbutrin sr 100 mg per day. Right now I am not feeling alot better. I have had some dizziness, nausea and a few days of extreme headaches. I am still struggling....still depressed, and anxious. Wondering if the Wellbutrin will kick in shortly , or if I should try something else? Should I give it some more time?? Also on Lyrica 75mg 4x day and Remeron 45mg. in the evening. Thanks

Wonderful for Interstitial Cystitis! I've taken this drug for 30 years with no side effects! Calms the histamines in the bladder wall. And, helps with sleep as well.

It has been about 8 months since my second dose of Gardasil. 4 weeks after the vaccine I became very ill. Dizziness, night sweats, headaches like I had never felt before, confusion, abdominal pain, extreme fatique, sore throat, left eye and temple pain, blurred vision, numbness in my extremities. This drug also works as an 'antispasmodic' (slows digestion) making it a godsend for those of us who have had Ulcerative Colitis, Chrones Disease, IBS, Colon Cancer, etc. -related surgeries. After having my large intestine/colon removed, this drug has given me the opportunity to enjoy life and not always be looking for the restroom...let alone go camping, etc. Also 'quiets' the gurgling noises.
