Dry mouth so severe, stopped taking it without consulting urologist. During the period of not taking it, about a month, blood pressure increased from normal to over normal with mild but prolonged headaches and some edema in feet and ankles. Are the new symptoms a coincidence or has withdrawal of vesicare caused them?

I had been taking Zyrtec for about 5 years and before that was taking an older form of Allegra. As many allergy sufferers know, these and all allergy medications only work for a short amount of time before your body becomes immune to the effects. I can honestly say after three months of Xyzal, I have been symptom free since day one. I don't feel jittery or nervous, or have heart palpitations like I got when I tried Albuterol. I felt HORRIBLE when I tried albuterol. It was like I was having a panic attack, or had to much caffiene. Xopenex doesn't do that. Plus, I got up a couple nights and used my inhaler and felt fine. I did the same w/ Albuterol neb and couldn't go back to sleep.
