I had a bad experience with Nuva-Ring. I had originally been on the Depo-Provera shot for about 4 years before I decided to try something else. I researched and talked to my doctor, and decided to try Nuva-Ring. I have no option but to take prednisone but it has destroyed the skin on my legs and it is now paper-thin. I have numerous bruises and am prone to skin-tearing and as a resukt, cellulitis. Prednisone also caused severe cataracts which almost cost me my eye-sight, it has weakened my bones, and elevated my heart beat.

Simvastine was prescribed before I had an angioplasty (stent). But as soon as I was on a higher dose I became very ill.Confusion,memory loss, nightmares,servere muscle pain,depression,blurred vision,lack of appetite. lost interest in things and people I love.

I have always had a lot of joint pain and headaches. I take Tylenol to get rid of them. When I was younger, I used to break bones a lot and taking Tylenol helped once they had healed and I just had aches.

This was, by far the most terrifying drug I have ever taken. At first I was overjoyed by the results. I will never deny this: Singulair was, hands-down, the best drug I ever took for the seasonal sinus infections that I thought were brought on by allergies. My son was diagnosed as Bipolar but was mostly manic and rarely depressed. The doctors started him on Effexor which put him in such a high state of mania that he had to be hospitalized. Yet the doctors kept prescribing this poison. They counteracted it with Seroquel which made him sleep, and Lithium which made him shake so badly he could barely hold onto anything.
