i had a terrible ache in my gums and paracetomol did not work for this pain. initially it did sort of work then afterwards the pain continued.

There are so many different kinds of medications out there. You aren't just going to immediately find the right one for you. It's all about trial and error. Trust me, it's an agrivating process and I've wanted to give up many times (I started trying different meds about 7 months ago) I have confedence that I will find one right for me. I only take this right before bed because I know that it makes me extremely sleepy. When I wake up in the morning though, my allergy symptoms are mostly gone. My nose is cleared out, I can breathe freely, and my eyes don't water. It is worth the sleepy feeling to be able to walk outside without sneezing and sniffling.

I was given darvocet for my back pain and it didnt do much to relieve the pain that I was having. It made me very tired and not very motivated to do anything.

Darvocet N 100 was prescribed to me when I broke my foot this summer. I took it as directed but it is a controlled medication and made me very sleepy and I would just fall asleep whenever I took it (so it was good to take at night) But honestly what helped the most with my pain was the Ibuprofen 800 which is an antiinflammatory. Because I had been placed on Numerous BP meds..this was amazing. I did ignore the cough the first few years, and the dizziness..but..on this fourth year it is causing chest pain and skipped breaths. As I have tried so many other BP drugs (not working) I am at a loss. Do I simply deal with this chest pain etc: to maintain this great BP number.?
