Since menopause at age 58, I weighed 135 lb. I quit smoking 2-1/2 years ago and gained 15 lb. Lost that 15 lb. but then was diagnosed with emphysema 6 months after I quit smoking. I puta paste of honey on my face inorder to remove acne aswell as tone my skin, instead my face had a rash and the acne seemed to be worse.

Well of course I stopped taking it, it almost killed me, if I wasn't actually dead for short periods. I take one tablet of multivitamin/multimineral dietary supplement ane one tablet of glucosamine chondroitin every morning. Beside these I also do 1hour and 30 minutes exercise every day. Just as table tennis one houe and swimming 30 minutes.These will help my joints much better.
