I have been taking Allegra-D for quite some time. Over the past 5 years, I have had increasingly painful menstrual cramps to the point where it affects bowel movements. I recently did some research and found that Allegra-D can be a cause for menstrual cramps. I stopped taking Allegra-D and the menstrual cramping and painful bowel movements have gone back to normal. Has anyone experienced severe diarrhea from the Zyflamend? After taking it for 5 weeks and experiencing little relief of my back and leg pain I now have had diarrhea for several days. I have discontinued the Zyflamend and wonder how long it takes for the diarrhea to stop.

It took away one of the precious people in my entire life, My sons one and only sibling, My 2 year old niece was seperated forever from the one person she looked up to and loved so much.
