I find that the Qualaquin does not act as fast as previous quinine did. Usually takes 15 minutes or more to realize leg cramp effects. Sometines takes 2 tablets for compete relief.

Loestrin has been effective for me. My periods are much less painful and occur less than they used to (2-3 days every month). I don't bleed hardly at all and cramps are minimal. Also, I've lost weight on Loestrin and I generally feel better.

Used to keep away infections during my cancer treatments, but caused a lot of nausea. Constantly throwing up and feeling sick led more than with the other antibiotics led me to request a different antibiotic after the first dose was up.

So far, it seems to have helped lower my choesterol, and I haven't noticed any side effects. I was taking 10mg daily, but I was concerned about possible liver damage and requested my doctor lower the prescription to 5mg.

The Ultram caused slight dizziness in the beginning which stopped after taking it for a while. It caused really significant memory problems initially. Now, when taking the medication, I mix my words up sometimes; but I do not feel confused. I can pretty much function normally. But I would use this drug cautiously in the elderly! I take depakote ER everyday. It takes the edge of the pain, but dosen't keep it away. Tried to quit, but the side effects are terrible( fatigue,nausea, dizziness,extreme headaches).
