For severe depression &/or alcoholism 1000 - 3000+ mg Naicin as well as at least 1000 mg of vitamin C will give you just as good results or better as an anti-depressant with no side effects and doses can been increased with no overdosing.

cryselle is terribl. I was on a different generic version of low-ovral 28 and when my pharmacy changed it to cryselle I was so unhappy. the first week of taking it i was so hungry, eating everything in sight, my mood changed, mood swings, depressed. the second week i started breaking out terribly - more than i ever have in my life. huge cystic pimples that i couldn't pop. my face continued to break out until i got my period and took the week of placebo pills probably because i wasn't taking t... I was prescribed mesalazine for colitis. Initially my condition improved but could have been improving anyway. Since taking it, I have always been tired and weak. I have some bouts of dizziness and numbness in my hand/finger. I reduce the dosage and improved. When I increased the dosage my condition worsened.

I suffered Panic Attacks, Depression, Anxiety, Heart Palpitations, ans convulsions while using microgestin for 5 years. I lived in a state of shock all day every day. I was in and out of emergancy rooms and doctors offices. I did not know that microgestin was causing all of my symptoms until I stopped taking it 4 months ago. None of the doctors put 2 and 2 together. Within a week of stopping the pill, I felt like a completely different person. I love my new life.

Benadryl is a great medicine to stop an allergic reaction. I take the 12.5 childrens grape chewables and usually only need to take one to stop my reaction. The only downfall is it makes me a little sleepy
