Took it for 6 months starting with a high dosage to treat pericarditis. I kept to a strict diet and only gained 5 lbs during the 6 months but the other side effects were awful. Developed severe joint pain from head to toe and had leg and foot cramps. I would wake at night in terrible pain that was awful enough to leave me crying. How can I tell of I have side effects from Tobrex or just experiencing an eye allergy? Since I started using the generic version,tobramycin ophthalmic, I have developed some itching in my eye, but I also work in a congested shop floor with a lot of allergens and toxins, so I wasn't sure if these are drug side effects or not. The drug warning label is of little help.

this "helps" a bit with tinea versicolor but it doens't ever seem to cure it completely. (or make the spots fade completely). what does work?

Claritin changed my life. I had terrible "seasonal allergies", and unfortunately, my allergies were problematic spring, summer and winter. I am an active athlete, and my performance was greatly effected by my allergies. Since taking Claritin my allergies have all but gone away, and I can lead a normal life.
