I started taking Vyvanse when Adderall XR stopped working for me about 2 years ago. At first the side effects were strong ( I started at 50 mg) including social reclusion, irritability, dry mouth, stomach problems, and loss of appetite- the problem was I didn't notice the social side effects- I just wanted to get things done and nothing else mattered. This is a great compound for treating the symptoms of my asthma. It works very rapidly and almost immediately relieves the symptoms. Sometime it relieves them so quickly that I get a short term (less than 30 minutes) headache following its use. At night I can fall asleep immediately after use.
