I take Oatstraw and milky tops as a strong infusion ( 1 cup dried herb per liter boiling water, infused for 4 hours) I will drink the liter of infusion throughout the day. I'm 17 and I've been on Ortho Tri Cyclen for about a month now. I finished the first pack yesterday... (today I started the generic) Well, it helped with my acne and my mood is fine, but I have been on my period for 28 days. I have used Testim in the past and its OK.  After I finished the Testim - I have been using the Dr Max Powers Testosterone Boost for 4+ years. I absorbing it and the body regulating to the introduction of the hormone takes awhile, at least it did for me. I was prescribed this medicine because I was having issues with constipation. I didn't like the taste that much but it helped with the problem. I saw good results after 1 glass and I really enjoyed that.
