I am only on my second pill pack. I am VERY moody. And i have been getting painful zits that never come to a head but are HUGE on my face. I have never had one of these before. I will continue for the recomended 3 moths period before deciding if it is the right one for me.

I use iron tablets to compensate the blood loss caused by the bleeding piles I have. It works very well for me, as i take it every morning. I had bleeding tumor already, and I did an operation for that. I just hope that I won't loose any more blood that I did already.

I told my daughter not to take the shots, it was too new and was unfortable with it and recommended she not have it. When she went for physical the doctor recommened she have it. She said she didn't want it, but it felt like it was being forced a bit, so she took it. She didn't feel well for a couple of weeks afterwards. It's a quick fix but the powder is just HORRIBLE/BITTER. Maybe you could introduce flavors to soften the BITTER taste of it.
