While taking the Wellbutrin has helped me cope better in some situations, I still regularly have days where I just can't hold it together and feel like crying all day. While it's not as often as it was, I still have them. I was on 150 mg once a day and was moved to 300 mg once a day and I haven't been able to tell much difference. I do like it though because I haven't gained weight like I have on other medications.

My doctor, after drawing and evaluating my blood, suggested that I take an iron supplement. The supplement was an over the counter one, having 150% of the daily value of iron needed in a healthy diet. Since I hardly need meat, she suggested that I buy something with a percentage that high. Benedryl often makes me drowsy and mentally cloudy. It clears up my allergy symptoms, but makes me less aware of the things going on around me.
