I was switched to Othro Tri-Cyclen after complaining of headaches from my other perscription birth control, it has helped decrease these adverse affects, but it has not helped with cramping pain (as they say it will).

I took one Zylfamend PM (only half the recommended dosage). I felt better the next day in terms of noticeably less body aches and less fatigue. I knew beforehand that ginger and turmeric are very "heating" herbs and will throw my ying/yang off balance. As expected, I had dry mouth for two nights (need to keep waking up to drink water or suck a lozenge in my mouth all night), and pimples popped out. i i rarely had to use my old rescue inhaler maybe once a week sometimes less and it was cheap now im paying $30 for proair and im using it everyday i feel like it making my asthma worse maybe thats what the makers want so they can get richer quicker also it gets clogged up seems like it runs out faster im not sure what to do i dont even think theres other options for rescue inhalers? thats scary
