My doctor, after drawing and evaluating my blood, suggested that I take an iron supplement. The supplement was an over the counter one, having 150% of the daily value of iron needed in a healthy diet. Since I hardly need meat, she suggested that I buy something with a percentage that high. I love this Birth Control and it doesn't affect my moods. However, I have noticed that my sexual urge has shot through the roof. THis is the only birth control that keeps my urges so high that I would burst w out some sort of relief. I love ZenChent. Now, I recently changed from Zenchent bc i had some breakthrough bleeding. the pil has been affective. I took it for about 8 or 9 years. I am no longer on it and have had my colesterol checked and my HDL was low and I have read articles that says that may be due to the birth control pill.
