I got poison ivy and used cortaid to alleviate the itch. It made it go away pretty fast and I was satisfied overall with it. In some of the open blisters it really burned.

Lyrica has given me my life back. My fibromyalgia pain had gotten so bad my flare ups were back to back. I had read horrible things about the side effects of Lyrica and was afraid to try it, until I finally felt as if I had nothing to lose. The pain was gone almost immediately. I take one 50mg pill in the morning and 2 50mg at night so I am not on the highest dose. I saw it at Wal-mart and thought I would try it because prescription meds (acyclovair, Valtrex) really bother my stomach. I chewed 3 Herplex after a blister started in the corner of my mouth (those are the worst) and 3 more that evening and it was history the next day. I have used the bottle I had and can't find it anywhere in 2 states and online. This is the best product I have ever used on cold sores!!!! Can it still be purchased somewhere?

I could not get rid of thrush, even after many doses of prescription fungal meds. The thrush is now gone. I am having consipation, but I just had surgery so I am not sure what is going on

I thought it was the heat dehydrating me, humid weather causing arthritis flare-ups, menopause symptoms coming back, all at once. And maybe even something wrong with my thyroid medicine (a bad batch or needing a dosage increase) But symptom got worse when we went away from the heat on vacation.Towards end of our vacation my husband insisted I stop taking it and I immediately began to feel better.
