Allegra made my heart race, so I asked my doctor to be switched to something with fewer side effects. I then I took Xyzal for about 7 months, while it did reduce my allergies the side effects were devastating. I gained weight. I was tired all the time. My heart rate went up. My joint's ached. My doctor started checking me for thyroid conditions, I had an EKG that showed nothing. I now suspect it was the Xyzal. I used Mononessa for about 3-4 months. I started back in late February and ended in June. Over that time, I had very intense mood swings and many crying episodes. I usually am a very positive person and I could not get into a good mental place. I was also vomiting much more often and I experienced several intense headaches and multiple mild ones in a month. i started taking the 800 ibuprofen when i had my knee injury about two weeks ago because i work on my feet for hours at a time and thought i needed it for the pain and inflamation. Its definitely help subside those side effects

I have been taking esipram now for 1 month and can say it has helped me tremendously. I take 10mg a day i the morning. It only took 5 days before i felt the anxiety decrease and my moods lifted. not sure the time period i wil stay on them for but for now my life is so much better because of them. I was always against anti depressents always considered myself mentally strong, we all have our breaking points i have experienced mine, and now i am rebuilding my mental health day by day.
