was taken to hospital after 3 days and was told that I had pneumona. I was given an IV and they used Penicillin to treat it. I felt better after 5 minutes.

Drinking three glasses of cranberry juice daily, or taking powdered cranberry, has been found to raise good cholesterol substantially and put a whole lot of powerful antioxidants in the bloodstream. One study found that it lowered the risk of heart disease by about 40 percent. However, you do need to talk to your doctor as it can react with some meds.

Skelaxin improved my quality of life when I was suffering from acute neck and jaw spasms (following a dislocation). Works quickly to provide relief from painful muscle spasms. While taking Skelaxin in conjunction with an anti-inflammatory, I was basically pain free and able to sleep at night and procede with physical therapy by day. This supplement wasn't one of my favorites. Even though I did recover quickly after workouts, and though I noticed more definition, I think the majority of it was water weight (I gained a lot of weight very quickly when I started using it). I know that many people swear by this stuff, but I don't think I would recommend it. Being able to eat after a workout is more important than creatine intake.
