Amoxicillin worked in preventing infections after I had surgery, but I had a bit of a dry mouth and dizzy spells. However, apart from the side effects there were no negative consequences and I have no complaints.

I have had simular issues. I first started taking chantix Oct 29, 2008. I had terrible abdominal pain and severe nausea. So, I convinced myself to continue taking the drug because I thought nausea and abdominal pain was better than continuing to smoke. Boy was I wrong. I quit smoking on Nov 15, 2008 AND quit taking chantix 3 days later. I knew I had to because chantix was making me very ill. These pills made me feel like I was crazy. I was moody and depressed and impatient. My mood could change from being happy to being sad or angry in an instant. My boyfriend broke up with me because I treated him so badly. After I changed pills we got back together and things are fine. I also got migraines right before I started my period and those stopped after I changed pills.

I used lotrimin AF to treat two ringworm infections that I had. One was on my leg and the other on my arm. The one on my leg cleared up within two weeks. However, the one on my arm remained after treating it for 4 weeks. I eventually had to use a prescription cream to get rid of it. Lotrimin AF can be effective depending on the infection, but it takes time. It relieves the itch as well.
