I tend to get headaches a lot and the Advil really helps alleviate the pain. I normally take 2 tablets every 3 days and it works really well.

Sudafed 12 Hour made me a bit dizzy and drowsy throughout the day. I had to go into work that day and felt to drowsy to do anything. I suggest this medicine to those that expect to stay home for the day. It does affect the mentality, at least it did with me. I had difficulty concentrating on my tasks at work because the medicine actually made me not concentrate, I just felt like going to sleep.

I am 29 years old, and had been taking Lexapro for about 4-5 years. It worked really well for my depression/anxiety. I thought I would be on it for life. But the sexual side effects took their toll. I lost 95% of my ability to get aroused. I failed to get excited with 4 different girls and left them thinking my little guy was a dud. When I initially took Zyrtec, it was pretty good at reducing my hay fever. However, as my body got used to the drug, its effectiveness at reducing my symptoms had diminishing returns down to almost zero. That has, however, been my experience with all similar drugs, and Zyrtec took longer than others to reach that result.

This is great stuff and people need to know about it. I went to my high school reunion and year ago and everyone commented that I hadn't aged. When i talk Amrit Kalash I don't seem to get colds and my digestion is much better. I am a big believer in the long term benefits and they should do more studies on the benefits.
