I was getting worse and worse over the years, finding myself angry all the time and depressed and having suicidal thoughts. I tried a lot of excercie (essential if you are depressed) and St Johns Wort. The St Johns Wort helped a little bit., but not much. I went to the doctor and started taking Zoloft 50mg. Theraflu is very good. I take it when I cannot access Nyquil, but it still does the job. If you do not have time to sleep it off, then do not take it.

I really enjoy drinking green tea. I haven't really noticed anything but I'm not at a certain age which I'd be able to notice anti-aging. But I haven't noticed any side effects either/

I started taking Seasonique on Nov. 15th. For about the first week or two I felt fine. I noticed that about 2 1/2 weeks later that I hade no moisture whatsoever in my vaginal area and I believe I have pretty much lost any interest in having sex at this point.
