I like NuvaRing because I don't have to worry about taking it daily, and the only side effect I really experience is an improved complexion. I don't like that it needs to be keep cool, so I always need to be somewhere cool or have access to a fridge.

I went to my primary care physician today because I've been experiencing extreme fatigue and headaches for some months now. Had a bout of Epstein Barr last summer so assumed I was still fighting the infection or possibly something else was amiss with my health. so far im having mixed results . my pinky and ring finger on my left hand are very very numb and its sort of disconcerting . my sex drive has not been effected which was a worry for me but while my episodes of mania followed by depression have decreased in frequency they have certainly increased in intensity . only been on affex(20mg pill once a day) for around 9 days so far though so i will be trying longer before i decide to stay on it or try something else

Unfortunately, I have only recently started to recearch this medication and it's side effects. At first I thought effxor xr was the best thing that ever happened to me, but after taking it for 2 plus years I wish it was never prescribed to me. Hi Kumar, There are some great ayurvedic (indian medicine) herbs for blood pressure that DON'T have side effects. Amla is a good one to start with, but tripaila is good too. You might want to check with any ayurvedic doctor. There should be some in Singapore, check the auyervedic section of this site.
