I take iron supplements for my anemia. It helps with the curious bruising I used to get because of the iron deficiency. I don't bruise as easily anymore so I think it's been working.

I have bilateral labral tears in my hip capsules, impingement, and CAM cysts. These problems, over a year's period of time caused me very severe pain, and depression. I can't say enough about how after taking Zyflamend for about 3 days, my pain was under control and I didn't feel depressed anymore because I could actually move and sit without severe pain!!

it been more than 4 years since i have started to use IBUPROFEN becuase of my DYMEANOREAHA so severe, evenni been taking over dose though i am medical person and know the effecy what it would be . If you are in severe pain, I really didn't feel any effects. After surgery and a good bit of pain was removed, I found out that tizanidine is rather powerful. I usually take a small amount, 2mg per day, until my pain rises, then I take as needed up to maximum dose. I know when to drop the dosage when I feel like par-boiled chicken and my muscles feel like they're going to fall off my bones. That is one strange feeling.
