I've found this to be quite effective and I've actually been able to switch to taking it just once a day (should probably discuss this with my doctor, huh?). However, I am very concerned about long term effects, and I don't like being dependent on it, which is why I'm taking this survey. Hope other Advair users will add their experiences.

The capsules are way too big. I have a very hard time swallowing them, so I put them in peanut butter and take....

SUDDENLY STARTED EXPERIENCING STOMACH PAIN AND CHEST PAIN/PALPITATIONS - THOUGHT IT MAY HAVE BEEN TO DO WITH THE MENOPAUSE, AS I BLAME EVERYTHING ON THE MENOPAUSE, BUT THEN REALISED THAT I ONLY STARTED HAVING THESE SYMPTOMS SINCE TAKING CENTRUM MULTI VITAMINS. I CHECKED ONLINE FOR SIDE EFFECTS OF CENTRUM AND STOMACH PAIN AND CHEST PAIN WAS LISTED AS ONE OF THE SIDE EFFECTS. I believe I have recently acquired allergies, because I have been sneezing more than ever and getting teary eyes very often. After taking just one pill of Aller-Clear (loratadine), my symptoms went away within an hour and I was allergy-free the whole day. I love that I can take it in the morning and be carefree about allergies for the rest of the day. It works quick and is easy to take.

for sufferers of mild sleep proplems I believe this may be a good sleep aid but if you use it over an extended period of time you find that you wont be able to sleep without it

The ketozole tablets did not help my fungal infection. I also use the ketozole gel in the shower, to shampoo my skin with and I must say that the ketozole is said to be stronger however works the same pace as Selsum blue (both showing no results)
