Cialis is a great drug and I enjoy taking it. However, I noticed that every time I take it there is a noticeable irregularity in my heart rate. I have no idea what might have cause this. I initially took this drug and there was no noticeable action and then I felt horrible for 3 - 4 and then much better. I couldn't sleep due to my sinus problems and was extremely stuffy. The drug does the job - just takes a while to do so!

I had a cold and I head that zicam shortens the length of colds, so I took it and it did help some, but the nasal swaps are really awkward to use.

Started out with 50mg 2x daily for a week, with no improvement. 2nd week took 75mg 2x daily with some good improvement in numbness/tingling. Third wee took 100mg 2xdaily and was so dizzy, could not walk in straight line. Had to hold on to the wall to walk. Only took 3 doses and had to stop. Went back to 50mg till I can get off it. Ataivan works better but does cause some drowziness.
