Prior to taking Lunesta my sleep pattern was irregular and unhealthy. I'd sleep three hours and was tired constantly. I am a typically hyper person and so I always desperately wanted to sleep but often was unable to. Once I began Lunesta I couldn't believe how much better everything went. This drug has caused me many problems. All it has done well was clear up my acne. I have been sick constantly from it. I even vomited blood at one point. I get nightmares and not only that I get severe headaches

I work out 6 days a week and when i get home, my muscles starts to hurt. I relie on asprin because it really takes the back off.

Umcka is available in many forms. I have found them equally useful and have had no side effects. My favorite is the hot drink powder because it's nice to have a hot drink when you're feeling sick.
