It is ridiculous how Drs tell you to take half the drug at night, so you will be trying to sleep while the drug is not trying to keep you alert and active. And being dopey in the day because you have not got enough betahistine in you during the day to get you past the threshold for it to be effective. Take most of it early in the day. It is pointless taking it after 3pm you wont get the best use of it. Most Drs are very ignorant in its use and wont prescribe even the minimum amount... View full comment

As seasons pass, i've noticed that i've been suffering more and more from sinus headaches and stuffy nose. The other products didn't really work for me. I take Sprays a day and my suffering is done with. Gone are the pressure and pain. I can function again.

I don't use Aleve constantly. I mostly use it for more severe pains that other medications dont relieve. I like it more than the other anti-inflammatories and pain relievers.

For me, kava works wonders for my sometimes debilitating anxiety. Non-addictive, and does not cloud my thinking. However, I usually take more than whatever the recommended dose on the bottle says. No side effects, other than if you take "too much", sometimes you can feel a little tired the next day, and/or not sleep as well in the morning. Started taking when after coming back from a trip had a severe pain in my arm doctor stated it was arthitiis to take antiinflamatories a friend recommended the glocosamine and I started taking it the pain disappeares and has never come back.

Ibuprofen relieves my headache and muscle aches, especially after a hard day's work. It usually is fast-acting, and the side effects are minimal. I recommend eating before consuming the medication. I would recommend this medication to anybody. It doesn't thin my blood like aspirin and give me nosebleeds.
