Every now and then I when I eat something with high sugar content I experience a slight dizziness or imbalance. It last for about 10 seconds to a minute and then goes away...but really freaked me out the first couple of times this happened. I am not sure what determines whether I get dizzy or not. I have experienced severe anxiety and depression, coupled with incessant coughing and difficulty breathing. The joint pain has been unbearable. I would wake up at night feeling as though I was being tortured, in too much pain to even turn over. I now take the 25mg dosage on alternate days and that has reduced the side effects to just tolerable. paracetamol does not do anything! i can never feel any difference than before taking it, but maybe it does kind of stop my nose running and relieves me from coughing, other than that, i do not take paracetamol for any other reason.
