Well i took 2 tablets of mucinex DM before i went to school like a week ago because i was having small cough, but alot of congestion and nose dripping in back of throat. it was doing fine up till 4th period then it must have really hit me.. i felt like i was in some kind of high. Really calm, not talkative and hard consintrate on one thing. i felt high. I didn't like this feeling AT ALL! so i stopped. it wasnt a marijuana high it was like a very calm weird one. dont recommend it!

I have taken this med for nearly 2 years now. It made me a little emotional (ok, crazy) the first month, and gave me cramps at first but after the first pack it all went away. I do occasionally get yeast infections but a couple of days taking probiotics will cure that. I recomend the probiotic Acidophilus, you can get it anywhere and it works great on yeast infections. It is a little expensive but its worth it to me to not have a period every month.

i was advised to take the drug two weeks before my period. i am on my 16th day of my period, i have experienced headaches, bodyaches, hotflashes, nausea, vomiting and of course long periods. i have been hospitalized, the Drs did a blood test, cat scan, pap, ultra and found nothing. i had discussed my concerns and changes i was experiencing after the pill but they all say it cant be the pill as the pill is suppose to help with the period. on the 5th i go for a biopsy. my life is miserable. i k... There are many non-pharmaceutical products that can help you sleep, like melatonin and even 5-htp (if your seratonin levels are off). I've also heard that being dehydrated is a cause for restlessness.
