I've taken aspirin for as long as I can remember and I've never had problems with it. It worked well on my constant headaches and pain in my muscles when I have it. I would recommend aspirin to anyone.

This supplement wasn't one of my favorites. Even though I did recover quickly after workouts, and though I noticed more definition, I think the majority of it was water weight (I gained a lot of weight very quickly when I started using it). I know that many people swear by this stuff, but I don't think I would recommend it. Being able to eat after a workout is more important than creatine intake.

I take it for gastroparisis and it has been extremely effective. I feel so much better and I am able to eat again without all the gas and hearburn associated with gastroparisis.

I have seasonal allergies that triggers my asthma. In order to control the allergies my doctor recommended Claritin. One day after taking a dose I was fine and it definately cures symptoms. The second day I took another dose the same time on an empty stomach and experienced crazy blurred vision in specific spots in my eyes. I got really nervous but within 20 mins it went away. I kid you not, this is a wonderful softgel. I am so excited and extremely overjoyed that both my big toes are absolutely PAIN FREE. I broke these toes years ago and they have caused me total discomfort, sometimes causing me to cry in anguish. I have been reading about several herbs.
