I began with Effexor a few years ago. It worked wonderfully at first, and then I experienced severe side effects. I switched to Cymbalta with great success without the side effects. I think it works but I also can't belive that it does not cause a die off reaction. Even if the toxins aren't released when the yeast die your immune system still has to clean up all the dead yeast bodies. This can cause fatigue and other die-off symptoms. I think it is false advertising that they claim there are no die off symptoms. Alprazolam is the finest and most effective BZD for anxiety and panic on the market and also the ONLY benzodiazepine (of the triazolo- class) recommended for people with a history of depression. The problem in the USA is that there are hundreds of brands/generics, but only TWO which would be deemed acceptable quality by European patients - original branded XANAX and the GREENSTONE generics. Started 3 weeks ago. At first the side effects were hard to handle (hot /cold flashes, sweating, tiredness, cold hands). Now my body has adjusted to it and it has brought my blood pressure down and lessened my heart rate. It's important to wait it out 2 weeks because it took that long to start working. Taking 25 mg 2 x pd with hydrochlorithiazide. No other health issues!

I have been taking this medication for a while for arthritis and it has worked great, it relieves my pain and makes it easier for me to handle my arthritis, and I do not get any side effects.

I started to take this for a condition called folliculitis, after a couple of days I had chronic heartburn, I stopped taking after 5 days of a 7 day course, because I was getting cramps, I took the last tablet yesterday morning and I am now doubled up with nausea and cramp, anyone got any remedies? :(
