LoEstrin is like a godsend to me. Since taking it, my periods have been significantly lighter and last only 3-4 days instead of the very heavy long (8-9 days) flow I used to have. Also, this medication has significantly minimized my cramps from very severe (used to have to stay home in bed) to barely noticeable. I would highly recommend this medication to anyone who is suffering from extreme periods.

My doctor put me on seasonique to help with ovarian cysts & endometriosis. Even on a low estrogen birth control, I was having very painful periods. Terrible drug------------ I felt sick like the drug was eating my liver---- I kept sleeping and functioned less. I was "zoned" out most of the time... The loss of appetite was terrible too.... And the worst thing is trying to get off it---make sure you have a loved one around when you get off it--- the depression is ten times worse than what you started with....I am goin g back to lexapro-- mild and gentle and still be functional

I' pretty sure it is the levoxyl that is causing the trembling because I switched to a lower dose and it has gotten much better. The only problem is that I'm out of energy and feel cold almost all the time. I feel very hypo on the lower dose . I think I want to give Armour a go because I know I don't have to feel this way and I'm tired of it.
