Ditto the previous comment also submitted today. Started Prozac (then generic) on and off since it hit the market in the mid-80's. Have tried just about everything else and would have some noticeable side effect(s) always going back to Prozac. Tried those other drugs not because Proz didn't work but as new ones came on market and heard positive comments, gave them a try. I just recently developed seasonal allergies, so I've been taking this for a few months. I like it more than other meds, such as Benadryl, because it doesn't make you drowsy; you can actually take it at work.

I am on 0.25 Xanax twice a day along with Ativan 0.5mg -2 tabs before bedtime. My Dr. wanted me to try Xanax and see what worked the best for me. I had been on Ativan 0.5 mg 3 or 4 times day and it seemed to have quit working for me. Now, I can't really tell any difference between Ativan and Xanax. I really think i like Ativan the best. So frustated with meds. I am also on Lexapro- 20 mg. Any suggestions for me?

I'm an athlete and I've realized days that I happen to drink green tea, I am a lot more dehydrated out on the track. I'm not sure if there is causation between green tea and dehydration, but there is certainly a correlation there.

I would tell someone to take it because it makes me feel better. After I eat, I take the Prilosec OTC, and my reflux is well controlled. Even when I eat food that causes more reflux, my reflux is controlled with the Prilosec OTC.

Still searching after 15 years of bipolar to find something that will make me feel normal...
