anybody taking Xyzal should really think about taking it. This medication was so bad for me I wish they would take it off the market. I reported it to the FDA with very very bad hallucinations, and now I am seeing a phychiarist who gave me zoloft because I was afraid to go to sleep. I even ran outside my home and into the street because I thought my house was on fire when it really wasan't . I even contacted the manufacturer telling them how bad this medication was.

My sister hasn't even been on this medication for a month yet and she's also experienced heart palpations and chest pains. They believe this medicine contributed to a blood clot in her lungs and is currently hospitalized for this.

Cyclobenzaprine did help relieve my pain and my muscle spasms, however I believe that the negative side effects outweighed the benefits of the medication. Almost immediately after ingesting half of the recommened dose, I began to feel extremely drowsy. I fell asleep for an extended period of time, and when I woke up, I did not feel rested and I could have slept for several more hours. Smaller dosage with the option to self medicate every second or third day provides a rythm I can cope with and live with and the benefits are great for me. I don't get the personality change I did when I tried other anti depressent and drugs for the fibromyalgia and feel much more balanced. This has lead me to go back to school full time! and plan for a good career I can choose my own hours with good pay and benefits.
