I have used creatine for muscle mass building purposes. I would take the supplement immediately following my workout routine. I am fairly satisfied with the results of the supplement, as I have been able to increase my strength gradually over the past few years. I noticed a significant drop off in my energy (usually equating to as much as 10 pounds off maximum bench press) when I had not had creatine the day before.

Claritin changed my life. I had terrible "seasonal allergies", and unfortunately, my allergies were problematic spring, summer and winter. First it almost destroyed my liver. Then it attacked my arm and leg muscles and after 3 years they have not fully recovered. I have a neighbor and x brother in law that were on it and both got diabeties and that can be caused from it also. This stuff is pure poison as I ask many while out shopping if they are on it or a family member and about 1/2 say yes or they know someone that takes it and many suffer damage from it.
