I had perfect fasting blood sugar levels prior to taking Lipitor and now regularly have fastings of 283 or higher (even when my blood sugar level at night is perfect prior to going to bed). I had a salad for supper tonight and took the normal amount of insulin I took prior to taking Lipitor and later had a blood sugar level over 400. works very well but is much too expensive. Also expect weight gain. Will probably change meds soon due to reasons stated above.

i've gained fifteen pounds in 5 months and my boobs have grown more than a cup size. i have terrible mood swings, i can go from happy to extremely depressed in a second. i am always tired. i have no appetite and barely eat yet am still gaining weight.

Started have a lot of heel pain---going to a foot doctor for that now. Also pain in my hips and legs. And stiffest in the hands. Memory is worst then before taking this med as well. My doctor took me off armor because they stopped making the 15mg and I need to take a 30 and 15. So he put me on this and it is 50.
