I have been taking lexapro on and off for about three years now, and I am a much better person on it. Without lexpro I am cranky, moody, depressed and very anxious. I can tell an immediate difference when I go off of it and know that this drug has benefits that out way any risks for me. I lead a whole new and better life because of it I am so thankful I was able to pinpoint the problem and be offered this solution.

Beofre starting on qualaquin, I used to use Nivaquin which was very effective, but I think that at a certain point my body started eveloping resistance to the drug. So this is why I started with qualaquin, whose effects are noticeable from day 5 of the treatment. But it gives me this unecessary bitter taste in the mouth, so I have to take a tablespoon of honey after.It also has so many other side effects like generalized lethargy, appetite loss, etc. But I learned to deal with that.

I had taken Marax in the mid 70s and as a 16 year old "in charge" of her medication, I probably took more than prescribed and suffered severe anxiety attacks. Sometimes so debilitating, I wanted to jump out of my skin. Then I would crash and thought I was going to die. Since having Zoladex injections, for 4 months. Ihave never been in so much pain, I was originally given it for pain relief, its help to stop my periods, but thats all!!! Obviously every body is different, but I have found Zoladex to be awful...
