I have been on this drug with Revatio for 8 years since 2007 for Grade 4 PAH, until this year the only side effects I have really notice is decreased libido and ED. I am not on Oxygen but use a CPAP for Sleep Apnea. In March of this year I had a small seizure while on vacation ( no previous history of seizure) I was checked by a doctor and they could find no physical deficits. Upon return home a week later I had a CT of head w & w/o contrast no lesions seen. BP was within my normal range... View full comment

It repairs the lining of the asophagus and when taken on an empty stomach first thing in the morning and not eating anything, will coat you... View full comment

At first I was on 250mg and it was terrible as I lost weight, dizzy, total lack of concentration and at time could not even remember my telephone number or home address. No aftyer treatment I am down to 25mg (morning and 50mg night and I feel no side effects yet I still feel a slight lack of concentration, drowsiness and weight loss. I use Topax with one other drug every day and after +20 years of cluster... View full comment

I loved the fact that Suboxone has eliminated my opiate addiction, for now...I have been experiencing severe loss of mental focus. The only reason I can come up with is I am taking Effexor-for manic depression. At the present time, I am manic-I am thinking that perhaps-suboxone is contributing to this factor.
