I am currently expiriencing severe back problems and it's a dilemma. The M.D prescribed (Morphine Sulfate) which is used to treat agonizing pain. I was told to take it (bid), of course running the risk of possibly becoming addicted to the narcotic. I took it as prescribed by necessity and recommendation. NEVER AGAIN will I take this crap. I can't believe it made it on the market. I remember my first few doses where I was lying in bed frozen since the slightest movement made the whole room spin. My eyes felt like they were being spun out of my head and my body trembled from the inside. The side effects were really bad for 3 hours after taking my dose. Taken by a 16yo Lennox Gastaut patient. Seemed to increase partial seizures. Had 2 status seizures while on this med and began having Atonic seizures which she had not had in several years. Was very out of it and hardly sleeps. weaning this med now.

Adderall XR

Adderall XR has significantly changed my life. At my age, people complain about memory loss to due age; I have a better memory than I've ever had in my life. My quality of life has changed significantly and for the better. I am more confident, less anxious (that I will make big mistakes) and love life. I found it to be the cleanest drug for mental health. Weight gain is slight . Its more wanting to eat than gaining the weight so discipline is good. I have just been on abilify and thought it to be notorious. Absolutely terrible, for me. I have gone back to Amisulpride. Even though i am male i lactate on this drug. Also have breast enlargement and sexual dysfunction. This may sound bad, but it is better than the torture of paranoia. Its a fantastic drug as long as you are consistent with it.
