I am a Filipino. I do have some muscle aches and fatigue. My biggest problem has been the shakes in the morning especially. After I have Nplate of 2 mcg it is really bad the next day. By mid afternoon and in the evening it subsides. Have not heard of anyone else taking it having the shakes.

I have been taking Lexapro for a while now, and it has helped me a lot. I was taking Prozac, but I had adverse side effects to that. This seems to have helped me a lot with my depression and anxiety.

After being diagnosed with epilepsy in March 2011 and having extemely painful terrifying focal and generalised grand mal seizures, I didn't want to take potent antiepileptic meds with very serious side effects. I was extremely fearful of further seizures and went online and researched anticonvulsive medication. Also have a very stressful life - abusive mother, autistic son and very acrimonious divorce. Medrol has been the one prescription that seems to help right away. The up side to this drug is it takes away the pain the inflammation makes and gives me energy. The down side is the potential side effects can be very bad.

MASSIVE headache with just one pill. So bad even my teeth hurt. Wiped out the cough for about 12 hours, though. This isn't a drug for me, and I won't be taking it again nor will I recommend it. Might work for you.
